BSP wasn’t born from a business plan, but during a few days’ break in Ticino. Stephan Bertschi and Andrin Steinmann returned with a plan and got started in a small meeting room in Zurich by the lake.
Keep it simple. BSP has been guided by this approach from the start. Twelve years later, two partners have become four. The P in BSP has therefore long been more than a letter. The idea behind it is to think long-term, grow together and build a company that doesn’t rely solely on individuals.
This attitude still shapes how we work today. Straightforward approaches instead of complicated processes. Personal support instead of constantly changing contacts. And client relationships, some of which have existed since day one.
